If I mark a deal as won or lost in the pipeline will it reflect in Highrise?

Yes, we do not want to do things here and there again and again :) you can do it either in Highrise or in pipeline, it works seamlessly.

So even if your initial data is a bit flawed you will have plenty of time to get it up to speed using these tools and the 15 day free trial. We will be glad to help you in any aspects of the reporting system via our customer support.

How do you calculate forecasts as there is no probability or estimate close data coming from Highrise?

The simple drag and drop pipeline tool along with the Deal ETA function ensure forecasts are done, you can add probabilities percentages and/or add stages. To start with we have a special predictive algorithm that will surprise you which you can further adjust manually for even increased accuracy.

Can I get the closing ratio of each of my sales staff separately over a period of time?

What is the Powercheck tool?

This is a business situation analysis tool, where you can change one variable of your revenue and see how it affects others. It's a powerful tool which can have a multifaceted impact on your company’s performance. Play with it and discover things which would have taken days of analysis and meetings in a few seconds.

I like the idea of getting my staff compete, see why they should put correct data in CRM and coming to a meeting with forecasts and pipeline data, but will all of this mean I will have to train them again?

No, we built this tool so that you save time, not take a step back by migrating to new a CRM. For the same reason, we have followed the same logic of Highrise, for example choosing a date, etc. Also each indicator is well explained and how it is linked to data in Highrise. All this will ensure that your team is up and running in a couple of days.

Can I highlight KPIs that needs my focus and attention?

There are two solutions for this, one, once you are moving around the KPIs of the company, yourself, group or any particular user, you can easily mark it as favourite and it will appear on your My Favorite dials screen. Two, we have given a simple palette on each Indicator to highlight it differently from others.

Can I see the top 5 deals in pipeline for the company and each of my sales staff?

We are aware that you need to keep the sales meetings short, we also know that 80% of business often comes from 20% of clients, so the answer is Yes.

What is Xreporting?

We believe that Managers should not be overloaded by reports where they have to dig out the information, it goes against the logic of getting clarity and saving time. Xreporting is an exception based reporting system where only certain events trigger a report. It's like a doctor handling an emergency room, where the nurses are supposed to take care of the routine things and only when something improves or goes wrong that the doctor need to be alerted and be in the loop. It solves the reporting overload.

How does the 15-day free trial work?

If you cancel a paying plan within 15 days of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds cannot be issued after your initial 15 day trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yep. Simply click on the “Account” tab on your dashboard and you’ll see options for different plans.

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. SalesDials is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.

Are there per-user fees?

No. The prices you see above are all inclusive. For example, the Premium plan is $99/month for up to 40 users. That means you pay $99/month total no matter how many users you have as long as it's 40 or less.
